Where is OLEPicture defined in wine? Is this separate from oleaut32.dll?
No... It's right there, in oleaut32/olepicture.c. You still seem to have a misconception on how COM works, and since I can't that quickly explain here, please look it up. Basically, there is the interfaces and the implementation. You only need to know IPicture and know how to get an implementation, but how the implementation does it you don't care. And wine does have its own implementation, obviously.
