Thanks again for reply! I'll wait so hopefully staging will catch up then and
continue using the patch in the meantime.

I also want to say that my bug when the game loses focus still occur still
happens, but that might as well be game's issue. It's still good enough with
the updated patch, so if it still solves winamp (and potentially other) issues
it's fine as it didn't made any regression for me :)
