Hello folks,

as already stated in bug 34898, note sync works fine.

1) new note open in a separate 'note' window
2) took screenshot/gimp picture
3) copy/paste into note window -> image inserted from clipboard
4) press 'F9' to sync, balloon tooltip appears at bottom, stating
"synchronized"
5) switch to main window and the note content including image is there

Unless OP provides a backtrace created with more *recent* Wine version
(repeatedly asked for) and exact steps for reproducing, resolving 'WORKSFORME'
here.
