[Bug 33871] Oxford english dictionary fails to start when ran from a different partition from the one it's installed on

This is all I got.  I'm not getting any backtrace information because the
program crashes immediately when ran.  If I try to get backtrace via:

wine winedbg "path to app"
set $BreakOnFirstChance=0
cont

The result is:

Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 14: reading
configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.
