[Bug 35511] NdrProxyInitialize causes crash during set up

Is there a way to get 1.7.11 using winetricks?  (I'm running latest release of
Ubuntu and this is what ships with it).

The application is ENVI, a scientific data processing application.  It's a
commercial application but you can get a 30 day trial licence for free if you
register on their website and go through the process.
