Terminal output with no virtual desktop enabled wine-1.9.16-205-g51021fa

I have the following overrides set to "native" in winecfg:

d3dcompiler_43
d3dx11_43

Windows 7 mode, clean 32-bit prefix.

The log is from when I entered the command to start the game up to the point
where I navigated some menus and attempted to play a campaign. It's 83
megabytes uncompressed.
