[Bug 32458] A game compiled with qb64, won't run. It is suppose to be a windows executable file.

If wine-gecko 1.0.0 is being used, the Wine version has to be 1.3.1 or older.

Garry: your Wine version is over two years old. As Bruno says, please upgrade
to the latest development release and retest in a clean wineprefix.
