These failures do not happen anymore.

There is still a "Expected 0, got 14" test failure in Arabic, Japanese and
Chinese but I believe it's from another part of the test (it's not in the
middle of "wrong face name" checks).

Also the test succeeds in a number of non-English locales: French, German,
Hebrew and Hindi.

So I'm closing this bug.
