[Bug 10677] wrong colors in FlatOut 2 when effects are on

I'll compare it to windows, but I think the difference between the first and
the second is pretty obvious when you look at one and switch to the other one -
the second is way over-bright and missing contrast. It seems as the road is
missing colour, and that brown colour was applied to other objects.
