To try and express myself clearer:
open cdaudio<N> is strictly equivalent to open MCI_DEVTYPE_CDAUDIO|N<<16
Since the system.ini (undoubtfully IMHO) tells what .dll/drv is attached with
CDAUDIO<N>, that's the driver to load.  The driver does not care whether it was
installed as CDAUDIO1 or CDAUDIO2 on a particular system, nor does it need or
receive any extra parameters.
