[Bug 53225] gameux:gamestatistics has a rare pair of failures on Windows 8

There are a further 4 instances:
* 2022-09-15 on w8
* 2022-10-31 on w8
* 2022-11-03 on w8adm
* 2022-11-18 on w8

And there has not been any other failures since. There is also no commit to
this test in that period (past 6 months). Presumably the failure is caused by
some other test and whatever is causing that issue is, maybe, not happening
anymore. But given that this failure is quite rare I think I'll wait a bit more
before closing it.
