[Bug 42874] Battle.net App is unable to update games

I also did a quick check of the WNetGetUniversalNameW() function, and though it
says it is stubbed, the function actually return a valid value. It doesn't
seems to be the culprit to me, unless the app wait for a different path scheme
to be returned or something.

I guess a relay log or debugging session would tell more about the issue, if
anyone has the time and inclination to do it, unlike me...
