[Bug 16167] messed up keyboard in Guitar Pro 5

Well, pressing A should show a chord tool. This instead happens with B. I
inserts a rest instead of R. O links a note to the previous instead of L. I
haven't worked out all of the mappings. Comma inserts a hammer-on/pull-off
instead of H. I haven't figured all of them out (not even copy/paste), but my
guess is that some are completely off the keyboard. The numpad works fine, so
do the number keys, space and the dot.
