[Bug 47416] Perfectly Clear crashes on Save

This bug report is 4 year old!
Currently I have installed wine 8.4, I just tried and Perfectly Clear does not
even start, it crashes immediately. I do remember that in some intermediate
versions between 4.9 and 8.4 it stopped crashing, but was unable to save the
edited image (program gave an error like "cannot save" and the output was a 0
bytes file). I hope this helps.
