Is this still an issue in current (1.1.11 or newer) wine?
Guild Wars seems to run fine since I upgraded to Kubuntu 8.10. I don't know if it's the new wine or the new environment that fixed my issue. I could investigate it, but you can close this for now. Thanks for the responses.
