If you look at dlls/wininet/tests/http.c you'll see that we already
have tests that do live connections. They fail gracefully if a connection
can't be made. You'll want to replace www.audible.com with test.winehq.org
or codeweavers.com (which has https enabled), so we don't burden audible.com.
