I'm sorry it took so long to report back. I tried the demo, and it does not
have the same problem. The demo had the problem of having an invisible cursor,
so navigating the menus was very difficult, but I fumbled my way through far
enough to start the game. It did not lock up during loading. However, because
the cursor was invisible, I was unable to test actual gameplay of the demo.
