I only work on Windows.Media.Speech.dll right now and even then, this seems to need speech synthesis(?), which isn't even really in the works for that dll. I guess the first approach would be to implement b196b28f-bab4-101a-b69c-00aa00341d07 (IClassFactory2) into sapi's class factory.
