This means the title of this bug report should be corrected from 7.21 to 7.22.

Recently, I tested GPU_CAPS_VIEWER 1.62.0.0 on wine 8.21 and recent version of
Sveinar's nvidia-libs https://github.com/SveSop/nvidia-libs

I can confirm that it is possible to run GPU_CAPS_VIEWER in such way that the
CUDA devices are reported.
