I've updated the original patch for Wine 1.9.19 (Staging).
Re-factored and tidied up the code a bit to conform to Wine coding conventions. Now has a shift and multiply implementation of the divide by 10000 computation. Well it might be more efficient than gcc - who knows?
Using Gentoo with Wine-Staging 1.9.19. I tested the latest build of SWTOR - appears to do the job - as well as swtor_fix.exe anyway ... Gameplay doesn't appear to be too affected by the constant (15ms) thread wakeups!!
