issue, although the application also suffers from another regression from bug
57306.

The incorrect position of the histogram window is because we didn't and still
don't support layered child windows very well. I've got some patch that works
for this specific application but I'm not sure it would work in all cases and
I'll need more time to investigate how it is supposed to behave.
