What video hardware do you have?

Do you have any additional command line options set for Counter Strike Source
in Steam?

You said you tested with different dx levels. How are you switching to a
particular dxlevel?

What exact settings are being reset?

What Wine version?

Please post step-by-step instruction to how reproduce your problem.

You have to answer all of the above questions. I nor anyone else can reproduce
your problem. That is why it was marked invalid, together with the complete
absence of required information.
