Yes, I think that it should be closed as it is a performance issue with nVidia
nv (non acelerated) drivers and with ATI fglrx and ATI DRI opensource drivers.

So I don't think that there's anything wrong on the wine side, as I only
changed the video card and drivers in the same linux setup (I did not
reinstalled linux) and worked flawless with every package of wine I had built
in the past looking for a playable wine version.

So clearly it's not a wine fault.
