Bruno, can you write a small Linux C program that automatically reproduces the problem?
The easiest way to reproduce is using utorrent.
wine utorrent_2.2.1.exe & sleep 6; pkill -9 utorrent; wine utorrent_2.2.1.exe
See the failed to bind error in utorrent log.
