[Bug 35286] Borderlands (Steam) crashes on unimplemented function msvcr90.dll._crt_debugger_hook

I've capturedf a log with WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay,+mmdevapi, removed
everything after the first "unimplemented" line and removed every relay line
about gdi32.ExtTextOutW, which were triggered by Steam itself and reveald a bit
too much private information. The result can be found at
http://dev.carbon-project.org/debian/wine.bugs/35286/borderlands_trimmed.log.xz.
As this file is over 150 MB large I'd appreciate it if only people who can help
with this bug, would download it. I may remove the file in the future.
Uncompressed the file clocks in at about 6.5 GB.
