[Bug 9821] Civilization IV crashes with fixme:winmm: MMDRV_Exit Closing while ll-driver open

That winmm message has NOTHING to do with the entire bug, it pops up because
winmm was shut down incorrectly AFTER the crash already occured. What the real
bug is I don't know, it seems to be d3d related, those d3d messages indicate
that, so does the popup you get.
