[Bug 34270] PhotoImpact X3 needs msvcp60.dll.??0ios_base@std@@IAE@XZ

After replacing the msvcp60.dll file with a native copy, the install seemed to
work, and the application now launches.

There are a few quirks when running the program, like odd popups, but none of
them so far have actually hindered the program use, just a bit annoying.
