Terminal output

Here is the terminal output from letting the game run till the menu music
starts to play. But no matter how long I let it run, all what happens is
spawning a few hundred lines of fixme:d3d9:IDirect3DDevice9ExImpl_PresentEx
iface 0x145af0, src_rect (nil), dst_rect (nil), dst_window_override (nil),
dirty_region (nil), flags 0 stub!
