This is the file I have:
IBExpert 2012.9.2.1
2e3409fcd8db28e4d4dbf8fb27962f088b2697bd setup_trial.exe 15Mb

When installed it complains it is too old and requests to download a new demo,
so I used faketime to run and test this bug again.

To reproduce after opening the program Open the Script Executive window, which
is similar to the SQL Editor but does not require a database connection.

Menu Tools -> Script Executive.

But I'm testing in a different computer (from comment 5) and in this computer I
can also reproduce the issue exactly equal in Windows XP.
