[Bug 625] lotus organizer can't load dlls from custom folder

The usual.

Shortcut uses:
env WINEPREFIX="/home/test/.wine" wine "C:\lotus\organize\org32.exe" /LEN
but nothing happens of course.

Or, CD to folder, "wine org32.exe"

err:module:import_dll Library LTSCSN10.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\lotus\organize\TZBACK32.dll") not found
err:module:import_dll Library LTASWN14.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\lotus\organize\TZBACK32.dll") not found
err:module:import_dll Library LTASBN14.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\lotus\organize\TZBACK32.dll") not found

...and so on.

DLLs are in c:\lotus\compnent.  Adding the path fixes the problem.

Similar story with S103.
