Yes that is the program.

"The program TCGR.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We
are sorry fo the inconvenience.

This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine"

The program loaded the gedcom file but crashed as it started the processing
point.

I have used this program in windows without any problems.
