[Bug 19097] Everquest 1 fails on server launch with a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" error

I'm unable to get a backtrace..as soon as I attach the process EverQuest locks
up..nothing responds until I close out the winedbg terminaland that takes
EverQuest with it.. I can launch the game from a terminal and pastebin the full
output if that would help.
