Ah, yeah. That's where I'm up to. You'll actually find that if you kill the
download manager at that point, everything but the vc2012 redistributable has
been installed to drive_c/Program Files/Adobe etc. It will fail to run though
because of missing mfc110u.dll which I guess is from vc2012. You might have
some luck grabbing them from a windows install. Bug 17195 is blocking vc2012,
once that's done it may 'just work'.

I guess this can be closed now?
