This didn't eliminate the error for me.
Don't see how it could. The problem is clearly in the msadp32/ADPCM driver. Try the patch.
As for wine-patches, I did submitted the patch, but it never made its way into the winehq git repository.
I'll re-submit, and cross my fingers.
