[Bug 29076] Critical section deadlock occurs when windows application receives SIGINT during reading from stdin

Here is some logs:

Right after SIGINT is passed:
fixme:console:CONSOLE_DefaultHandler Terminating process 28 on event 0

When hangup occurs:
