I don't think this is accurate. The manual apt upgrade I did on 2019-02-23 @ 23:23:46, in which pciutils and libcogl were upgraded, actually happened after League was not working, not before.
Ok. It's probably something to do with the libraries that have already been tested then.
Any idea how we might narrow that down? And, if a config file changed, that might not be an error in the package, so we might still possibly be looking at a Wine bug itself, then?
I'm not at home with access to my other system until tonight (8pm ADST), but when I get home I will list all the files in all the narrowed down packages on my working and non-working systems and see what differences I can find.
