Nope. I use Debian Squeeze 32bit.
...this will take a while to figure out.
Wine has some Wiki where are mentioned packages needed for different distros. Don't give that up, looking for regressions is fun and you won't be sorry :-D
BTW: Debian can handle source package dependency, so one command should automatically download and install all the needed packages before building from source. Hope Fedora has something similar.
