[Bug 47747] DMM Game Player crashes on startup

Retesting with wine-8.21 (Staging) and the version from comment 15.

I don't get a crash, only a few javascript errors and then a login window (with
graphical glitches). After logging in I get "area not allowed".

Did DMM change something to lock non-Japanese folks out? I can only download
when I am in Japan, it doesn't work when I'm in Germany. But apart from region
locks, the program seems to work nicely.

Although when I start my game, it tells me that DirectX9 is not supported,
which is weird.
