[Bug 40005] ElicaLogo doesn't show the Help Library

I tried with your command line, but the system tells me two things:

1) I'm working on a 64 bits wine installation. If this is part of the issue, I
don't know how to change it to a 32 bits configuration.

2) The Internet address where supposedly we can download the extra software
you're talking about, doesn't exist!!! So...

Maybe I'm so wrong, but I understand ElicaLogo needs a Microsoft Internet
Explorer 8 installation, but... If I'm right... From where can I get one? ???
