I don't think this patch is going to fix your application. The UPNP framework
is non-existent and the stub doesn't add the interface your application needs.
It's going to take more than just stubbing out upnp.dll. The UPNP framework
depends on the existence of the Simple Search and Discovery Protocol,
ssdpsrv.dll and ssdpapi.dll which are both unimplimented in wine as well.
