How to use the third winmm MIDI device (#2) instead of the first (#0) one:

I'm not aware of the possibility to use 2 devices for one piece of music in
Wine. MSDN's description of the MIDI mapper makes one believe it should work in
native, but somehow I doubt it (given their design).
