Sadly, this bug is still there in 1.3.10 for Stalker:Shadow of Chernobyl, so I'd ask for it to be kept open until it's fixed there, too.
Original reporter stated that his reported problem is fixed. So if this is fixed for him, open a new bug report for your problem and specify graphics card and drivers.
