EULA debug output

The EULA appeared this time. Right now, I'm running the trial version on my
laptop. Last time, I was running the actual CD version from my desktop. I don't
have access to my desktop computer and won't as I live in a university and was
visiting. So one of the above reasons may be the reason why the EULA appeared
as I did not use any native DLLs.

Despite the above alterations, I hope through the debug output, the rich edit
is still fixable..?
