But previously bug stated 100% load (you've just added frame limiter option to description), which was ALWAYS the case when you measured it using top utility. By the way, you still didn't specify tool you've used for CPU load measuring - if i understand correctly, it's essential for wine dev team.
I don't understand how using top (I use it) is any different than other means? When I first posted the bug I did not understand the cause, then I investigated and I added it to the comments (comment 8 from 5th july). Later I realized it would be also useful in the bug description.
And i'm not grateful that eve is single-threaded. Please don't blame anyone but describe matter of your problem better - or nobody'd understand it.
I already described the problem the best I can. If noone understands me, they should ask for more info.
IIRC it not just caps your framerate, it also reduces game graphics response time by noticeable amount of time, making game neraly unplayable for me as an interceptor pilot.
And this 100% bug likely causes eve voice to break, which is about the same pain for fleet coordination.
