--- Comment #4 from mjakubicek@gmail.com 2013-08-25 10:39:46 CDT --- Hi,
thanks a lot for a fast response! Are you able to open a database? Upon startup a dialog appears, try selecting any of the .msg files in the data subdirectory. For me it fails with "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed".
Log file (magnus.exe.gdiplus.mdac27.log) attached, the "err:ole:create_server class {76a64158-cb41-11d1-8b02-00600806d9b6} not registered" should correspond to wbemdisp.dll, I found some commits ([1]) related to that, could it be that you are already using a version of wine containing it? I tried copying that from Windows, together with the .tlb file, not sure if it was really that successful as the message says:
WINEPREFIX=~/.win32magnus/ wine regsvr32 ~/.win32magnus/drive_c/windows/system32/wbem/wbemdisp.dll
err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"C:\windows\system32\wbem\wbemdisp.TLB" failed with error 1006 Successfully registered DLL /home/milos/.win32magnus/drive_c/windows/system32/wbem/wbemdisp.dll
After that this missing uuid went away, but otherwise it still does not work -- second log with wbemdisp.dll is attached as magnus.exe.gdiplus.mdac27.wbemdisp.log.
Thanks in advance.
