Then you have two bugs open for the same issue (see bug 17619) and one should
be marked as a duplicate of the other.

The issue described in the bug description here has been fixed. If it does not
fix the underlying problem, then it's not a problem with winecfg (indicated by
the "programs" component selection) but probably in mountmgr.
