Alex, no logs are needed when all is well.
The WHDR_DONE patch is in git now, it was the last of my patches[*], Morrowind
works according to comment #32 with my patches, so I'm tempted to suggest that
this bug be marked fixed

-- unless we change it to MAJOR + 1.4 release target and keep it open until OSS
does not use blocking writes any more, as I suggested in comment #31.

Mateusz, I'll have a look at your logs.  Nevertheless I believe that remaining
issues with OSS should go to distinct entries or are possibly duplicates of
other entries (e.g. some forms of stuttering with DSound affect
OSS/ALSA/CoreAudio all alike, not specific to OSS).

[*] the "open OSS with NONBLOCK" was not a patch, but an experimental hack for
you to try.
