[Bug 29430] RPG Maker VX crashes during startup

I've made a confusion, because I hadn't realized that the keywords were to
describe the bug, not the link that I posted.
So I thought that the keywords were to tell what can be found on the URL.

But, you can try yourself to see that the installer works properly, but the
application halts on the start up. It is freely available from the developer. I
guess that this should be an object that the application allocates and don't
find after the loading, because it gives this message: 
err:toolbar:TOOLBAR_GetImageListForDrawing bitmap for ID 0, index 0 is not
valid, number of bitmaps in imagelist: 0
