This failure is critical of course. But it means to be a duplicate of already
filed bugs I think, where we got broken (in XML terms) body contents. By the
way could you try this with native wininet/urlmon (various combinations of
these overrides)?

Patch itself is fine I think, can't be any more straightforward.
