[Bug 14913] Dawn of war, transperent characters become invisable

I found the Dawn of war Soulstorm demo that should be able to reproduce the
problem(file size ~1.1GB);

I am in the process of downloading it to test. There is also a demo version on
steam.

I've also notice a few other graphics glitches. Some of the game elements are
displayed white & blue. When the transperant units become invisable, so do
these. Will attach screenshot.

I will do a regression test as soon as i get a chance. With 3+ weeks of patches
it will probably take longer then normal.
